No returns — for your hygiene
All products sold by Avissee are inner garments — vests, bras, briefs, boxers and related intimate wear. For hygiene and safety, these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased — standard industry practice for intimate apparel worldwide.
- Quality-checked before every dispatch — what you receive is brand-new and sealed.
- Defective or incorrect item? Replacement or refund is always covered within 48 hours.
- Unsure about size? Order a single piece first, then the full pack.
Why we don't accept returns
Inner garments cannot be resold after trial. For that reason we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection or fit discomfort.
Quality-checked before every dispatch
Each and every product and package is inspected before dispatch — stitching, fabric, print, colour, size marking and packaging are all reviewed by hand. Your order leaves us in brand-new, sealed, hygienic condition.
Defective or incorrect item? We fix it
Our own fulfilment errors are always covered. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will replace it or refund you.
- Contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number, photos of the item and pack, and a short description.
- We arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the evidence.
Check your item on arrival
- Open the package promptly and inspect without wearing, to keep it hygienic.
- Don't remove the tag or tamper with packaging unless you're keeping the item.
- Keep packaging and invoice until you're happy with the product.
Damages in transit
If your order arrives damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll replace or refund.
